Shopping, Orders, Returns & Exchanges
With so many phones available from Apple, Samsung, and Google, it can be sometimes daunting to know exactly which case model to pick. If you’re not too sure, please revert to your phone's manual or the “About Phone” menu on your phone. e.g. iPhone 15 has a few variants (15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max). Picking the right model is important as all our cases are printed to order, this is better for the environment and reduces wastage.
You should receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Sometimes, emails do end up in your spam/junk folder, please check this. If you still haven’t received an email please get in contact with us to resolve this. contact@finnaij.com
Our ordering process is automated, and we have a very short window of opportunity to get in touch with our partners before the commencement of the printing process. Typically, this is a couple of hours from confirmed orders. Please get in contact with us, as soon as possible. contact@finnaij.com

Shipping & Customs
We currently ship to the UK & USA
Our partners
Once orders are received, this is managed in two processes:
1) As all products are individual created to order this can take up to 3 days to go through printing & quality check.
2) Once items are printed and checked the product is then dispatched.
For UK: Please allow up to 5 days from dispatch
For USA: Please allow 5 Days from dispatch
For EU: Please allow up to 8 days from dispatch.

Orders for the USA & EU are tracked, for UK orders we use Standard 1st Class Royal Mail.
Our partners have operations in the USA, UK & Italy (EU) to support fulfilment needs. This minimises duty charges for our customers.
Product Details
We primarily have cases for Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixels.
We only replace products that are deemed defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@finnaij.com, and we will provide further instructions.
To request a return, email us at contact@finnaij.com for instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We may not provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake with your order, such as selecting the incorrect case model.
Return requests are only considered within 30 days of delivery. Gift cards are nonrefundable.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
If you are shipping an item over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable).
