At Finnaij, we take pride in the quality of our print-on-demand products. As each item is custom-made, we only offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• The product is defective or arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent due to our error

🔁 Exchanges

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@finnaij.com. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the correct item.

🚫 Non-Eligible Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect case model or device selected during checkout
• Change of mind after purchase
  

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to avoid disappointment.

📅 Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please do not return items without contacting us.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• If your order included a free shipping offer, the refund will reflect a deduction for the original shipping cost
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in certain cases.
