What case should I order?
With so many phones available from Apple, Samsung, and Google, it can be sometimes daunting to know exactly which case model to pick. If you’re not too sure, please revert to your phone’s manual or the “About Phone” menu on your phone. e.g. iPhone 15 has a few variants (15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max). Picking the right model is important as all our cases are printed to order, this is better for the environment and reduces wastage.
I haven't received an order confirmation
You should receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Sometimes, emails do end up in your spam/junk folder, please check this. If you still haven’t received an email please get in contact with us to resolve this. contact@finnaij.com
Can my order be canceled?
Our ordering process is automated, and we have a very short window of opportunity to get in touch with our partners before the commencement of the printing process. Typically, this is a couple of hours from confirmed orders. Please get in contact with us, as soon as possible. contact@finnaij.com
What happens if I received a wrong item in an order?
On a rare occasion this happens, please get in contact with us to rectify the issue. contact@finnaij.com
Can I exchange a product in my orders?
Only defective products can be exchanged; please understand, that all our products are printed on demand. For any questions, please get in touch. contact@finnaij.com

Where do we ship to?
We currently ship to the UK, USA, EU & Australia.
Where do we print and ship products from?
Our partners have operations in the USA, UK, Australia & Italy (EU) to support our fulfilment needs. This minimises duty charges for our customers.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once orders are received, this is managed in two processes:
1) As all products are individually created to order this can take up to 3 days to go through printing & quality check.
2) Once items are printed and checked, the product is then dispatched.
For UK: Please allow up to 5 days from dispatch
For USA: Please allow 8 days from dispatch
For EU: Please allow up to 8 days from dispatch
For Australia: Please allow 8 days from dispatch.

Is shipping tracked?
Orders for the USA & EU are tracked, for UK orders we use Standard 1st Class Royal Mail.

What phones do you do cases for?
We primarily have cases for Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixels.
Why Gloss or Matt finish?
This is purely your choice or preference. Generally, Gloss finish is shiny and does make the colours standout. Matt finish on the other hand, visibly shows less scratches and not as shiny. Both are still stunners!
Why do the colours on my phone case sometimes look different from what I see online?
Colour variations can occur due to differences in device screens, display settings, and the print production process. While we strive for colour accuracy, slight differences between digital images and the final printed product are normal.
How do I install my Crossbody/Wrist Phone Strap?
Prepare the case — Place your phone case face-down with the inside facing up.
Attach the D-ring — Feed the D-ring through the charging port hole and press the holder flat to secure it.
Insert your phone — Place your phone into the case as normal and press firmly to lock it in place.
Connect the strap — Clip the snap hook onto the D-ring until it clicks securely.
Adjust the length — Slide the adjuster along the rope to your preferred length.
How do I handle my Bio-degradable Case?
Biodegradable materials behave differently from traditional TPU or silicone cases. As part of their more sustainable design, they are naturally less flexible and may feel firmer than conventional plastic alternatives.
- Avoid excessive bending, twisting, or stretching.
- Do not force the case onto or off your device.
- Biodegradable materials are less elastic than TPU or silicone and should be handled with care during installation and removal.
Bio/ Biodegradable Cases, are selected by customers who value a lower environmental impact.
These materials naturally behave differently from conventional plastics, and changes in flexibility and appearance may occur as the material ages.
These are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
