📦 Shipping Policy – Finnaij
At Finnaij, every phone case and phone accessory is made to order with care and precision. Here's what to expect when placing an order:
🛠️ 1. Production Times
All products are individually created at our print-on-demand facilities.
Please allow up to 4 business days for production. Your order will be dispatched after production is complete.
🚚 2. Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfilment centre used. These are typical delivery windows after dispatch:

💳 3. Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.
We currently offer:
- UK & Australia: Standard non-tracked delivery
- EU & USA: Standard tracked delivery
🔍 4. Order Tracking
If your delivery method includes tracking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
🌍 5. Customs & Duties
We ship locally within the UK, USA, EU, and Australia. In most cases, customs charges do not apply in these regions.
For other destinations, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 6. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items in multi-product orders may be shipped separately.
🏠 7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Finnaij is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we can resend the order once the address is confirmed. In these cases, a re-shipping fee will apply, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement delivery.
