Salla Niemi

Salla Niemi is a Finnish artist known for translating Nordic inspiration into high-impact, market-ready artwork for modern lifestyle products. She grew up in Tampere in a creative family that mixed practical design thinking with a love of colour, music, and street culture. While deeply aware of Finnish visual heritage, Salla’s approach is less about preservation and more about reinvention.

She studied graphic design and digital illustration, then built her style around what performs well in contemporary retail: strong silhouettes, eye-catching palettes, repeatable motifs, and designs that feel instantly shoppable. Her work pulls from Finnish nature, folklore, and seasonal light, but filters everything through a modern, fashion-forward lens.

Salla creates for customers who want their accessories to feel expressive, stylish, and current without losing a sense of place and artistic identity.
